People are always discovering new ways to improve their health & fitness. Pilates is definitely not a new form of fitness, but actually is one of the best kept secrets! Pilates is for everyone: young to old, sedentary to athletic, strong or weak, flexible or inflexible. The goal at CORE PILATES is to successfully create a 1 hour or 30 minute Pilates session for each client. By being focused on the details of each exercise and combining our expertise of a fitness background, we can design unique classes that help achieve maximum results!
